Digital Products
All digital products sold by OzOria Game Studio are non‑refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- digital artwork
- downloadable files
- digital collectibles
- virtual items related to the game OzOria
- any digital content delivered via email or download link
Once the purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- change of mind
- incorrect purchase
- download or compatibility issues on the buyer’s device

Physical Products
Refunds for physical products are only available if the item is:
- defective
- damaged on arrival
- non‑functional
To request a refund, you may be asked to provide proof (e.g., photo or video).
Refunds will not be accepted for:
- normal wear
- user‑caused damage
- dissatisfaction unrelated to functionality
A return authorization is required before sending any product back.
