Digital Products

All digital products sold by OzOria Game Studio are non‑refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • digital artwork
  • downloadable files
  • digital collectibles
  • virtual items related to the game OzOria
  • any digital content delivered via email or download link

Once the purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect purchase
  • download or compatibility issues on the buyer’s device

Physical Products

Refunds for physical products are only available if the item is:

  • defective
  • damaged on arrival
  • non‑functional

To request a refund, you may be asked to provide proof (e.g., photo or video).
Refunds will not be accepted for:

  • normal wear
  • user‑caused damage
  • dissatisfaction unrelated to functionality

A return authorization is required before sending any product back.
