Digital products from OzOria Game Studio are delivered instantly after purchase via:
- direct download link
- email delivery
- supported marketplaces
No shipping fees apply to digital goods.
2. Physical Products
Physical goods (goodies, collectibles, limited items) are produced and shipped occasionally from France.
Processing & Production Time
Physical products require 15 to 30 days for processing, production, and packaging.
OzOria Game Studio reserves the right to extend this timeframe at any moment without penalty, especially in cases of:
- production overload
- limited‑edition items
- supplier delays
- unforeseen circumstances
If a significant extension is required, customers may be informed by email.
3. Delivery Time (after production)
Estimated delivery times once the item is shipped:
- France: 2–7 business days
- Europe: 4–12 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier or customs.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and format of the product.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
OzOria Game Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
